1 Day Introduction to Shooting

This one day shooting package is designed to give students a general overview of Shooting. The package will give you experience with 3 types of firearm, a pistol, a sub machine gun and an assault rifle. All of the training is conducted on the range, so you will have plenty of “hands on” experience with the firearms. All the Instructors have years of teaching experience, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that you are being supervised by responsible professionals.

Prerequisites

As this is a beginner course,there is no requirement for previous shooting experience or qualifications.The only prerequisite is that every participant must be over 18 years old and every student must provide:

  • Proof of the student’s full name, age (all Participants must be over 18 years of age) and address
  • Current contact details
  • A completed Next of Kin form during the proposed course date
  • A completed Waiver Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement

Class size

The Introduction to Shooting package can vary from 1­9 students. In order to maintain our high standards of Instruction, we keep the class sizes small. The instructor to student ratio is kept between 1:1 ­ 1:3

  • Firearm Safety (At home and on the Range)
  • Understanding firearm functions
  • Introduction to Pistols
  • Introduction to Sub Machine guns
  • Introduction to Assault Rifles
  • Correct Loading and Unloading procedures
  • The Fundamental Principles of Marksmanship
  • Basic Shooting positions

What is included:

  • 150 Rounds of 9 x 19 mm ammunition to use during the day (with the option to purchase additional ammo at a discounted rate*)
  • 90 Rounds of 7.62 x 39mm ammunition to use during the day (with the option to purchase additional ammo at a discounted rate*)
  • The use of Sig Sauer P250 Compact (9 x 19 mm)**
  • The use of FB Glauberyt Sub Machine Gun (9 x 19 mm)
  • The use of AKMS Assault Rifle (7.62 x 39 mm)
  • Full Instruction for the day

The total cost for the 1 Day Introduction to Shooting is 160.00 (GBP). Payment Details:

Although we run these day activities regularly,  it is advisable to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.  We can not guarantee a space if you simply arrive without booking first.
